Due to the natural aging process of the eyes, many people must wear reading glasses after the age of 40. Appropriate training can significantly delay and often eliminate the need for reading glasses. How it is done?

You don’t need to install any software, and you don’t need any special equipment. Any standard home computer will do.

Once a day or every other day, dedicate 20 minutes to vision exercise. You can train on your computer at home or work. The training uses varying color patterns to stimulate the visual areas of your brain. As you sit and relax, you will be asked to concentrate on the shapes for a few minutes. That's all it takes.
