READ WITHOUT GLASSES
As we mature into our 40s and 50s, two things tend to happen. The lenses of our eyes stiffen and the muscles that allow us to focus our eyes weaken. As a result, we find it more difficult to focus on nearby objects, especially in poor lighting conditions. The discomfort becomes most obvious when we are reading. This process is called presbyopia, and most of us will need reading glasses sooner or later – our eyes are aging naturally, just as we are.
We cannot prevent the aging of the eye any more than we can prevent the aging of our bodies. However, using brain training to sharpen our visual abilities, we can delay the need for reading glasses for many years.
Everybody (yes, even youngsters) should preserve short-distance vision as much as possible. With good short-distance vision, the feeling of reading from a computer screen, browsing on an iPad, or just looking at a watch is clearer and more pleasant. Regularly training at 20/20 GYM will allow you to see the fine print on the menu in a romantic restaurant without having to hold the paper at arm’s length or pull out your reading glasses. If you have come to 20/20 GYM because you want to take care of the quality of your life and refuse to accept the deterioration of your vision, you're in the right place.
It is important to understand that training in 20/20 GYM has no effect whatsoever on the optical system, so people wearing glasses or contact lenses will be asked to train with their glasses or lenses on. After training regularly for a period of time, you will notice the visual improvement. To learn more, please read the scientific basis for vision improvement through brain training.
Registration is free, and we reward you with a 30-day trial period. We are confident that if you take advantage of the trial period, you will feel the difference and realize the importance of training.
Do something good for yourself. Life has never looked better.
